“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak” 2 Corinthians 4:13

God is a covenant keeping God. This is why in your walk with God you have got to hold Him by His Word. He can never fail His Word. Everything God made He first spoke. God’s promise on your life would only come to pass by the premise of the grace that flows from your lips.

As God’s Word comes to you, you have got to keep declaring what the Word says about you.

It is impossible for you to believe beyond your declarations. Your level of success as a Christian is quantified by how much of the Word you have received, and how much of the Word you have declared.

From our opening scripture, we see that the believing process is incomplete, until you start declaring. Little wonder Romans 10:9-10 says,

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

You cannot believe it when you are not declaring it.

When a Word from God is said concerning you, hold fast to it and begin to declare it to your Spirit. As you keep doing so, the Word would eventually come to actualization.

Remember, God called Joseph a prosperous man while He was still poor and called Abraham a Father of many nations while He was still childless. Eventually, the constant confessions and declarations of these men wheeled them into God’s promise.

How much of God’s Word have you declared? How long have you declared it? For God’s Word to produce in your life, it has got to remain in your tongue. As you declare, ensure you back it up with works. James 2:24 says,

“Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.”

Verse 26 of the above text says,

“For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead.”

DECLARATION:
I believe, so I speak. I’m making progress every day of my life. God’s Word is producing in me today and always.
