“But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 15:57

2 Corinthians 2:14 says;

“Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.”

Christ has given you the victory. You have gained victory over the world’s ways, systems and beliefs. Christ has afforded you victory over the world, sin and the devil. By reason of His death and resurrection, you have been made a victor.

As a result of Christ’s sacrifice on that cross, the Godchild got the victory and God expects you to bask in this victory always.

A victor is a winner, a champion and an overcomer. You have been made a champion over life and you have overcome the devil.

Most Christians do not have that mentality of a victor but rather their mentality is of a victim. They are so weighed down by challenges forgetting that God would not have allowed them go through it if He did not have a purpose for it.

They fail to understand that with every challenge they’ve been through, God deposited and packaged a glory inside it. With every challenge faced, it is a platform to a higher and greater glory.

As a victor, you are to focus on the glory and not the challenge.

Scripture says in 2 Corinthians 4:17,

“For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory”

As a victor, you are to understand what the challenges you faced are designed for. A victor keeps himself encouraged.

He doesn’t get bitter in tough times, but better.

As a victor, you are to grow in difficult times because this is where your character is being developed, and strength and speed is being instilled.

A victor understands that with every adversity he faces, it is simply a stepping stone to his success and a greater, everlasting weight of glory far beyond human comprehension and understanding.

I am a Victor! I live the victorious life today and always. I stand strong in Christ; I bask in challenges. Glory!
