He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Romans 8:32
The AMP rendering of our opening text says,
He who did not withhold or spare [even] His own Son but gave Him up for us all, will He not also with Him freely and graciously give us all [other] things?
The MSG rendering says,
If God didn’t hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn’t gladly and freely do for us.
How beautiful! For God Himself to be successful in His approach to redeem man from sin, He had to give Jesus as a sacrifice.

He didn’t hold back, neither did He hesitate. He sacrificed Him up for you and me. If you would be successful in life, you have got to be willing to make certain sacrifices.
God has played His part; the question now is, ‘Are you willing to sacrifice?’ God would require you to make certain denials in order to be successful.
Sacrifice means a denial of certain things to achieve something else. It entails giving up something (valuable or not) in order to get something else.
It is impossible to live a life of success without making sacrifices. Every successful man in history had to sacrifice something. It could be his time, friends, finances or as little as a meal. If you would live a successful Christian life, you have got to be willing to sacrifice.
The aftermath of a sacrifice is always greater than the reason for the sacrifice.
You have got to deny yourself of certain pleasures for you to succeed. Learn to be sensitive enough to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Be alert to the Spirit of God; He will help you identify those things you need to sacrifice.
It might be hurtful; but the aftermath is always greater.
Never substitute your seed for pleasure. See each sacrifice you make as a seed. Just one seed could bring forth hundreds of harvest. Through the sacrifice of one man, Jesus, millions were birthed into purpose. You may not see it at the moment but with time, your glory would be revealed.
