And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. Habakkuk 2:2

I did a little research, and I discovered that 60% of businesses that collapsed failed for a singular reason; ACCOUNTABILITY. This is perhaps, the most ignored principle.

The success of a business lies in its record keeping ability. If you would be successful in life, and in whatever you find yourself doing, you must learn how to keep detailed records.

The ability of accountability is in the records. If a man is unaccountable, he would not be able to recognize how blessed he is. This is because he has no idea of all that has gone through his hands.

It takes discipline to be accountable. In other words, discipline fuels your accountability. Discipline goes as far as teaching you what and what not to spend on. A man that lacks discipline would always spend his finances on extremely irrelevant things. A disciplined heart understands the needful, and spends on things that would increase his mind, not just his belly.

Discipline teaches you how to plan. So many people believe they are so overwhelmed with activities, as such, daunting their success. This isn’t true! It all lies in your ability to plan.

Planning is the capacity to organize yourself; thereby, organizing your life. When you plan, you find yourself being able to do things a lot better, and easier. Planning makes you, your work, and your life, more efficient and excellent.

Try it today; write down everything (activity) you want to do. Put a timeframe for each activity depending on its nature, and be disciplined enough to follow through. You’ll see that it would take you lesser time and energy.

Let’s use a room as a case study. When the room is in shambles; that is, when it is in a state of chaos, you’ll realize that looking for belongings becomes very tasking. Sometimes to turn the already messed up room, messier. You may search for hours for that object before you finally discover it has been in your hair all along. Planning and organization prevents this.

An organized man knows where everything he needs is.

Planning is a very important principle for success. It entails that you pay attention to details, no matter how little they are. Making the vision plain is synonymous to applying the principle of planning.

DECLARATION:
I am a disciplined Son! I plan rightly at all times; my life is organized. I am successful!
