But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 1 Peter 2:9 (NIV)

There is perhaps no greater assurance, or guarantee a Godchild possesses beyond our opening text.

You know the same way certain products or brands are guaranteed by the producer in terms of quality, and many around the world trust these brands and would pay anything for the original product because they are assured of the quality? This is the same way a Godchild should feel anytime he reads this scripture; as this is God’s certification and statement of quality on your life.

You are neither a failure nor of inferior quality. You are God’s own top-notch special person. Specifically designed and furnished to show off His glory.

You are God’s show off to the world.

This knowledge ought to make you stand taller, with squared shoulders and walk with your head held high in life. Irrespective of what life throws at you, respond to it from a place of authority and see yourself conquer.

Anytime the opinions of people, or a challenge at work, or even an infection in your body seeks to belittle the hope of God in you, roar to that situation that the glory and splendour of the Most High is your immediate environment.

Know whose you are, and realise who you are. You are God’s own special possession; Royalty personified.

DECLARATION:
I am royalty. I know who I am! I am God’s special possession. I conquer my world today! Hallelujah Hallelujah!
