That He would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man Ephesians 3:16

We have to be able to identify as God’s children exactly what the Lord wants and needs of us. You see, there is a plan that the Lord has orchestrated for His children. And you have to be able to identify what your part to play.

A child of God that has not recognized his place will fight as one that beats the air. You have to identify what the Lord expects of you and stand up to it. The experiences of salvation will only delight those that take up their cross and follow the Lord Jesus.

God wants to strengthen you. And in strengthening you, He wants to strengthen your convictions because He knows that your convictions will form the foundations of your life. You cannot do much more than your convictions. If you ever really believe a thing and believe in it, you will conduct your life accordingly. When you do not, then, you will not. It is as simple as it is true.

Many times, the foundations of God’s children start shaking in spiritual things. And in those times, God seeks to fortify your convictions so that you can stand strong; not wavering in the face of life’s questions. You see, this is why you ought to give the most earnest heed to the things of the Lord.

There are so many today that have lost sight of their convictions about the Gospel. At the dead of night, when the storms of life rage and they are all alone, they cannot see the faith of the Lord Jesus well up in them to speak peace, and calm every storm.

There is a peace that passes all challenges, persecution and even understanding. When a child of God operates with this peace, no circumstance of life will perturb him, because he knows that greater is the one with him and all things will surely work for his good.

When you cannot see the peace of God well up at the most trying of times, something is wrong. Get back to the Lord; He seeks to strengthen you today!

DECLARATION
I am strengthened by the Spirit of the Lord today! My foundations are secured in the Name of Jesus. I have got the peace that passes all understanding.
