A chieftain of the APC and one time former Caretaker Chairman of Emohua Local Government Area in Rivers State, Dr Godstime Orlukwu, has labeled Comr Adams Oshiomhole, Omo-Agege and Godswill Akpabio as enemies of Rotimi Ameachi.
Dr Godstime who is a think-tank in the Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi faction of Rivers State APC also lamented about Sen. Magnus Abe being assigned to the NNPC board membership, saying he doubts if that will give Abe billions.
Dr Godstime Orlukwu wrote:
“It is what it is. Politics. For me, the only additional gain for Magnus Abe here is the hype. Politics has a lot to do with hype. And he is currently savouring it.
“To be clear, this is a big one for him and a blow to our psyche. No doubt at all. And I want to believe Sylva planned it out well.
“However, Magnus Abe was dancing on the day Sylva was sworn in. Since then till now, how much billions has he made through Sylva. How many of Sylva’s boys are billionaires now? Is being a Board Member going to give Magnus and his group the billions they need to kill all of us? I doubt, he said.
“If anything, this should make all our own appointees sit up. There is going to be a lot of mind games and we do have good calibre appointees who should help give the rest of us confidence. No retreat, no surrender!
“To our Oga, I know he is strong enough to stomach this assault. He is a veteran of high-stake chess games on top, and I trust he is on top of his game. And calmly too, he added.
“He has won a lot fighting alone against an alliance of envious adversaries – Akpabio, Sylva, Ada ms and Omo Agege! He will get more.
“Finally, let us know that these guys are mean. All eyes must be on the ball. Buhari is still our man but vigilance is required going forward. Let’s understand too that he is the father of many children! We shall overcome!”
