Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki has officially joined the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) ahead of the guber election in the State.
This development is coming a few days after he resigned membership of his former party, the All Progressives Congress(APC) following his disqualification to contest for a second term.
He was received by the leadership of the party led by the state Chairman of the PDP, Hon Tony Aziegbemi.
Obaseki arrived on Friday at the State Secretariat of the PDP along 1st East Circular Road in Benin City with many of his followers and appointees.
The governor was celebrated as he makes his entrance at the PDP secretariat on Friday 19th June 2020.
