In Germany, a court case against BioNTech, the producer of the Comirnaty vaccine, was delayed after a challenge to the judge’s impartiality.
The plaintiff reported experiencing various symptoms after vaccination and is seeking damages.
Other lawyers are representing clients with similar claims, believing there is a link between the vaccines and their clients’ symptoms.
BioNTech stated that the number of liability claims is small compared to the doses delivered, and no proven causal relationship has been established.
The courts need to determine if the vaccine’s side effects exceed an acceptable level according to medical science.
Claimants can also seek compensation from the state for income loss.
