The match will take place at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, kicking off at 5 pm local time.
Following this, the Super Eagles will head to Kigali for a game against Zimbabwe’s Warriors.
Other teams in the group include Benin Republic’s Squirrels, South Africa’s Bafana Bafana, and Rwanda’s Bees.
The group winner secures a spot at the 2026 World Cup, hosted by the USA, Mexico, and Canada.
Nigeria had missed out on the previous edition hosted by Qatar.
